Items that are not in stock or items that cannot be delivered to your specified delivery address will be removed from your order. You will be refunded for the item if a transaction has taken place.

All products advertised for sale and sold by latiendadedavid.com are 100% genuine branded products. We do not sell copy or fake products.

All stock and prices are subject to availability.

All images used are for illustration/customer reference only and products received may differ to those illustrated. For example, if a product has been recently re-branded in terms of packaging, but not in terms of actual content, then the packaging will differ from illustrated item on the website.

All products are priced in €uro and include VAT.

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are not stored on our computers. The credit card details are taken and held on the secure payment gateway provided by Redsys. The services of Servired comply with current credit card legislation and the terms of use by the merchant. Your Credit Card details are not held in clear text on any web site.

We accept Bank transfer in €uro only.

We do not sell products to persons under 18 years of age.

Orders are normally dispatched  within 1-2 working days of the date ordered. 

We do not ship to:

a. Isle of Corsica. 

Estimated delivery time to EUROPEAN UNION:

Between 4 to 8 business days.

All parcels must be signed for on receipt.

Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt as long as the item(s) is unopened and in a sellable condition.

Note: the buyer will be responsible for the return costs except If you receive the incorrect product.
